Last night I watched a telecast about Dubai. They spent such big money for development of the country. And most of all I was surprised that they don’t pay any taxes in general. I have found a lot of other information on a site about Dubai and I even have written there a question. I’m interested in their attitude to women. If there will be an opportunity – I will fly there and will see everything I’m interested in. And I’ll certainly drive on a jeep across sands.
Everything can be measured. Even a camera has its own features – for example 7,3 mega pixels. Here it is my Finepix A700.

It turned out that it was possible to do only with very small dumbbells! It just had to do exercises very slowly! And also it is very important before starting to do them - to imagine everything. To imagine - how I will do this exercise. The effect is just stunning. This technique is used not only in sports but in many other types of activity!
The whole month I haven’t visited gym – I’ve decided to have a rest. Yesterday I started my trainings again and today I don’t know how to get rid of my muscles’ pain. I called my trainer and he has recommended to stretch my muscles, or to do another muscle loading. I hope I will feel better after my second training. It’s a pity that my friend has left for Rome, she will live there. We have much fun having our training together.
