A Desert Island

What a beautiful word “shitocracy”. Sense and creation of this word was created of two words. Democracy and the second… you know. And the sense is the following - in all countries where corruption prospers - there people are suggested to use this word during elections, for example. In fact it is still very far till the real democracy!

I discussed this new word with my friend who works already for two months in Cyprus, in the Annabelle Hotel and we talk with him via Internet. In general he is a very big joker and he was really surprised by that I have began to joke and treat life easier, than it was earlier. It is easier to live this way and consequently this my “shitocracy” is not my last invention, I hope! 

How such things can be - in one family to love children differently!? Hardly later he will show in practice that he also manages to do that…

In my childhood I never felt shortages of attention, everything has happened when I was 13 or 15: I have suddenly felt that my grandmother gives all her care to my younger sister and even my eternally borrowed mum too… Years have passed before I’ve understood that in course of time I began to irritate a little my grandma with my closedness, predilection for reading, but mum, on the contrary, always felt our proximity, but she was afraid to be unfair and tried to not allow feeling in any way to my sister her estrangement… How it turns out that your own child whom you love without reservation causes in you feeling of bewilderment and even irritation, and another one - the loser or the idler, ordinary-looking and ridiculous – is inexpressibly cherished. But more often the second child is loved more, than the first. That child, who in his/her childhood was often ill, is loved more often even more strongly.

My friend does not understand this, but he has one kid.

Today in my office will be tasty all the day long!

Yesterday I have baked a heap of rolls. Daphne gave me this recipe and now they lay in front of the monitor. Everyone who come into office look at my rolls! It would be better if I’ll take them away, till my chief has not come. It is not known what he will think about it.

I have an impression that nobody had breakfast at home  

What prevents me to be happy? It’s vanity.

Every day it is necessary to do many such things - for example to go for a work. It does not bring any happiness, but it is impossible to live without this in our world.

I envy sharks for example - they are compelled to move constantly and they constantly eat someone. But I think that thus they feel if not the happiness but surely the pleasure - as each fish has its taste!

Except vanity illnesses of close people also distracts us. I have already learnt to treat different minor problems easy, almost indifferently.

The thing that strongly strings me up is when there are problems with money. But when I don’t have these problems – everything is good and even beautiful.

Our life is the same as we perceive it. If not to rouse the problems till the huge sizes, it is possible to live and rejoice to each minute, each event.

God keep you! Smile more often to everybody - both to close people and strangers.

It is so good to be a child or a fool.

Before I bought different magazines and read them with pleasure. Now I do not read – their articles are too primitive.

For example in auto magazines different cars which basically cannot be compared are often compared. Who ever except journalists would have thought to compare BMW 5th series and Toyota Camri - though they are about one size.

Therefore it is no wonder, that different bloggers are indignant with that journalists write. These journalists have a good work - nobody will write comments to their articles in the newspaper!

One friend whom I did not see several years is persistently inviting me to visit her. Probably I will quit everything and I will go to Sandra - I can’t stand sitting on one place any more. I will travel and enjoy the life like a real rich man. I wished to collect money for the new car, but probably not this year. I wish to visit many places and most of all I wish to dive under water and to swim for a while among corals and color small fishes.

Ah, my dreams….

My head just breaks up because of work!

I wish to rush at full speed along a snow-covered field on my jeep or to ski down from a mountain top!

Probably I have to leave somewhere for Christmas and to have a rest.

And I’ll do that – I’ll leave.

It has become impossible to spend Christmas in Cyprus. It is a pity certainly, but I can’t change anything. I shall celebrate at home. I wish to tell thanks Michael from Cyprus hotels - though I have cancelled my trip at the last minute - money for cancellation were not charged from my credit card. One will not get big money on another’s trouble.

Oh I do not trust in sincerity and reliability of such friendship. Nature is stronger than rearing. Especially it is necessary to consider, that unlike his brown colleague the polar bear does not eat berries and rootlets… so for him this dog is more like an amusing toy. Well and a breakfast for rainy day.
